We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our Print-on-Demand Promise
Every item in our store is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or have simply changed your mind. We encourage you to review all product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.

When We'll Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund — no return shipment required. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. To get started, please use the contact form below and include a clear photo showing the issue.

If the problem affects multiple products using the same design, please also include an additional photo (or short video) showing all affected items together in one frame so we can process your claim efficiently.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
If your order was not successfully delivered through no fault of your own, you may choose between a reprint (subject to an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable for any reason — including delivery refusal, an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or personal circumstances — the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or credit. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

Print Placement Tolerance
For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, please note that a placement variation of up to 0.5 inches is considered within the normal production tolerance and will not be classified as a defect.

What We Cannot Cover
We are unable to offer reprints or refunds for orders where the wrong size or color was selected by the customer at checkout. Please double-check all selections before completing your purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.

How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to our store account balance and returned to your original payment method. If your transaction was processed in a currency other than US dollars, the refund will be returned directly to your original payment source. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
